To kiss the stone, one first climbs to the top of the castle and joins
a queue wending its way around the edge of the keep. Then you sit
down, face inward and bend over backward, holding on to the rails to
kiss the stone. There is a commercial photographer to take a
picture they are more than willing to sell to you. It is tough to
get a good picture because of the bright sunlight and deep
shadows. And yes, that is the ground down there, three stories
below!
