Our first sailing day aboard Tecla took us from Bantry to
Glengarriff - about an hour and a half. It was a shake-down cruise
giving us all the needed safety information and a start at learning the
ropes. While in Glengarriff, we toured Garnish Island.
On our second day out, we sailed from Glengarriff to Castletown-Bearhaven tacking back and forth across the Bantry Bay many times. It was a beautiful day for sailing as can be seen on the picture above.
