The day of our tour of Kylemore Abbey it was cool and misty to raining - a good day for a bus ride.  We were able to tour the old manor house, the miniature cathedral and the walled gardens, all on the abbey grounds. 

Thus ended our time on our own in Galway.  The next day, we met four other OAT tourists and were bussed to Ennis to join the remainder of the group.
