*At CoastWave we offer two types of accounts for our roaming customers' convenience:
- A Real Time account means you have purchased an amount of time and the clock starts ticking once you log on. For example if you bought a 3 Day Pass on a Friday at 7:00 a.m., you would be able to log on to the network at any time until the following Monday at 7:00 a.m. but at 7:00 a.m. the account would expire. You could use the network as much as you wanted during that 72 hour period but once that period was over, the account would expire.
- A Bank account means you have purchased an amount of time that is yours to use or save. For example, if you bought 3 hours of service and immediately used 1 hour, you would still have 2 hours left to use the next time you needed it, whether that was a a day later or a week later. It’s time in the bank and there is no expiration (you must log in once in each 90 day period for your bank to stay active).
