- Email us at support@coastside.net. You can email our support department and usually receive a response within 4 hours (if during business hours) or the next business morning.
- Call our offices at 650-712-5933 for live support from 8am-5pm.
- Call our after hours support team. We have contracted 24x7x365 support for your convenience (and our sanity;-). Our backup support team is available anytime at 1-800-864-6045. If you are not satisfied with their help in any way, we want to know. This service has been added to improve our support services so let us know what you think.
