Coastside Net is pleased to offer Spam and Virus protection for all its Email accounts. This service will scan all Emails destined for your Coastside Net mailbox and quarantine any messages determined to be either Spam or found to be carrying a Virus. You may use any Web browser to login to your private message center and review intercepted messages. Message Center Login

FAQ:
What is it? Coastside Net has partnered with Postini Corp. to provide an advanced mechanism to block "Spam" messages and messages infected with computer a virus from reaching your mailbox. Such messages are captured to a "quarantine" area where you may review the message and then delete it or accept it and have the message delivered to your mailbox.
How do I know when messages have been intercepted? An Email alert is sent to your mailbox when an infected message has been quarantined. You will also receive an Email notification every 7 days reporting the status of your message center, which intercepts spam e-mails.
How is a message determined to be Spam? Postini analyzes each message for key characters, words or phrases. If the message contains an excessive amount of these keys the Email is determined to be spam and captured to the message center.
What if I want to get some or all Spam messages? You can change the filter sensitivity so that Emails are less likely to be blocked or the spam filtering feature can be turned off.
Enough Already! How do I get started? Your spam filtering and virus protection will be activated the first time you login to your personal message center.
