Outlook Express for Macintosh Email Configuration
<Back to Main Setup Page
- Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Accounts."

In the "Accounts" window click on the "New" button.

Enter your name in the "Display name" field.
- Click the arrow in the bottom right corner to go to page 2.

Click the "I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use." button.
- Enter your coaside.net email address in the "E-mail address:" field.
- Click the arrow in the bottom right corner to go to page 3.

Select "POP" from the "My incoming mail server is a(n)" list.
- Enter "mail.coastside.net" in the "Incoming mail (POP, IMAP) server:" field.
- Enter "smtp.coastside.net" in the "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:" field.
- Click the arrow in the bottom right corner to go to page 4.

Enter your username in the "Account ID:" field.
- Enter your password in the "Password:" field.
- If you do not wish to enter your password everytime you check mail, check the "Save password" check box.
- Click the arrow in the bottom right corner to go to page 5.

- Enter a description for the account you just created in the "Account name:" field.
- Click the "Include this account in my 'Send & Recieve All' schedule"
check box if you wish to include this account in your "Send & Recieve All" schedule.
- Click "Finish."
