Setting Up Your Dial-up Connection

Changing the Dial-Up Phone Number for Windows 98/ME

1. Select a local telephone number - Click Here
   
   
2. Double-click the "My Computer" icon on your desktop.
   
   
3. Double-click the "Dial-Up Networking" folder. (Windows ME users will find "Dial-Up Networking" on the Start Menu under Settings.)
   
   
4. Right-click on the "Coastside Net" connection icon (icon name may vary) and select "Properties" from the popup menu. View Screen Shot
   
   
5. Enter the new telephone number and click "OK" to save. Change ONLY the phone number. You should not need to edit anything else. View Screen Shot
