Setting Up Your Dial-up Connection

Changing the Dial-Up Phone Number for Windows 2000

1. Select a local telephone number - Click Here
   
   
2. Go to the Start Menu, select "Settings," then "Network and Dial-Up Connections."
   
   
3. Right-click on the "Coastside Net" connection icon (icon name may vary) and select "Properties" from the popup menu. View Screen Shot
   
   
4. Enter the new telephone number and click "Ok" to save. Change ONLY the phone number. You do not need to edit anything else. View Screen Shot
